Ingredients

Preparation

Set oven to 200°c, put a bit of lard in 2 YP dishes and put in oven to heat

Add egg and flour to 125ml of milk and stir

Add 125ml of milk and stir

Add salt, pepper and sage

Put half of mixture into each YP dish and leave in oven for 20mins
